Professional History

After residency, Dr. Wren worked in several different aspects of inpatient and outpatient Pediatrics before settling on Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Salem Hospital, where she worked for 18 years, including 7 years in a leadership role. She then spent 4.5 years as a Newborn Hospitalist at Mt. Auburn Hospital before working 3 years at PM Pediatrics, a pediatric urgent care. She joined PHCA in October of 2022 where she sees children for sick and urgent care visits.

I believe that children can and should understand what happens when they are sick and I try to teach them in a developmentally appropriate way. My approach is to treat them like my own children.
